Vincent Davies
Vincent Davies, a hidden gem of the UK’s guitar music scene, has been a key figure since 2013. His journey began at Soho’s iconic “Gaz’s Rock N’ Blues” and “Easycome Acoustic Club,” later fronting the garage rock band Hidden Charms (2013-2017) and playing lead-bass for YAK (2017-2019), where they recorded with Jack White’s Third Man Records and supported major acts like Foals and The Raconteurs. After a career pause due to the pandemic, Davies formed ties with the UK Drill scene and collaborated with Brixton-based producer Big Bubbs. From 2022-2023, he released singles with punk band The Magdalanes and performed alongside artists like Glen Matlock. Known across diverse underground scenes, from South London’s post-punk to Jamaica’s dancehall, Davies returned in 2024 with a new, Rastafari-inspired message questioning the state of the world.
