  • Business services (creative production, licensing, branding)

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our site or booking a call, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Payments & Billing

Payment terms, fees, and revenue share agreements are confirmed on a case-by-case basis and may be governed by a separate contract.
We do not offer refunds unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site including branding, copy, graphics, and media – is owned or licensed by Stray Music.
You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without written permission.

6. Artist Rights & Ownership

Stray Music does not claim ownership of your music unless otherwise agreed in a formal licensing contract.
You retain full control of your masters and creative work unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

 

7. Privacy & Data Use

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.
We use tracking tools such as:

  • Google Analytics

     

  • Meta Pixel

     

  • Mailchimp (for email newsletters)

     

These tools help us improve site performance, understand user behaviour, and deliver marketing content. Data is collected in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

8. Booking & Consultations

Discovery calls and consultations may be recorded for quality assurance.
By booking a call, you consent to this unless you inform us otherwise.

We reserve the right to accept or decline working with any artist or brand at our discretion.

We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of our website or services, including loss of data, earnings, or reputation. While we strive to deliver impactful results, no outcomes (e.g. playlist placement, sync deals, etc.) are guaranteed unless explicitly contracted.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if we believe you are violating these terms or engaging in abusive, unlawful, or harmful behaviour.
